Description
It is a senior position, effective in managing the operations work and delivery work assigned to ensure delivery from team. Work closely and coordinate with production support team. Keeping a healthy team environment while consistently exceeding the expectations (productivity, quality, timeliness & capacity utilization) of the stakeholders.

BE/B Tech/MCA/M Tech or equivalent
12 – 15 Years of IT Industry experience
Programming hand-on required: Solid hands on experience in programming using any of the language Java, C/C++, Python etc.
Good understanding of Unix and SQL programming Language.
Experience in Managing end to end Delivery of complex products/projects in the distributed environment. Someone who has done program management or delivery management before.
Experience in a complex API-driven platform. Ability to review logs, understand/recommend test cases, and troubleshoot complicated development issues. Must have experience with source control management, release management, and devops best practice
Should have at least 5+ years of Team handling experience.
People Management experience of 10 plus people is required.
IT Project Experience. This should include various Matrix and reports preparations and documentations and stake holder management.
Soft Skills Adaptability, Portray a positive attitude, Flexible, Multitask orientated. Accept guidance, Listen well and utilize information.
Personal Skills: Excellent in oral and written communication skills is must.

Experience in End to End Delivery / Project management
Programming Background in Java/C, Python, SQL, ERP (Oracle) or Automation required.

Manage and ensure internal customer expectation (US) are met from work delivery stand point.
Train and Mentor team members on TSYS policies and procedure, product and development methodologies. Technologies used for product delivery.
Excellent team player who is ready to go deeper.
Additional work outside regularly scheduled/ normal business hours may be required. Normal work hours are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and during day light saving it will need to be adjusted accordingly.
