We’re looking for an experienced sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a collaborative environment. Our best-in-class learning and development department will get you ramped up while our marketing engine helps build pipeline. You’ll be coached daily by your manager and sales development group to help you build ownership over your territory and book of business. What you’ll do here: 

  • Hunter role – responsible for selling Zego solutions across the property management space

  • Follow and improve our prospecting and sales methodology

  • Identify perspective clients by leveraging 3rd party data sources

  • Collaborate with different resources throughout the organization to drive the business forward


About you:

  • 6+ years in a full cycle, closing sales role

  • Software/SaaS sales is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, Excel, Google Apps, and CRM tools such as

  • Intellectually curious with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset

In one month you’ll:

  • Attend Zego’s Sales Bootcamp in San Diego, CA, where you will learn go-to-market messaging, key differentiators, ideal customer profiles and specific value propositions

  • Meet with current members of the Core Sales and Account Executive teams to build relationships and hear successes and areas of opportunity

  • Gain a strong understanding of Zego’s Sales Methodology

  • Begin developing your pipeline

In three months you’ll:

  • Consider yourself an expert in Zego’s solutions

  • Own your numbers – consistently achieve your goals on activity metrics and conversations within your territory

  • Have a strong understanding of the business, and teach us something we don’t know

  • Close your first deal(s) and begin earning commission and attainment towards quota

In six months you’ll:

  • Continue to own your numbers – consistently achieve your goals on activity metrics and conversations within your territory

  • Begin closing more complex deals

  • Drive sales opportunities through each stage of the pipeline

  • Consider yourself an expert on property technology solutions

In twelve months you’ll:

  • Consistently exceed your new business targets and continue your track record of closing opportunities and exceeding quota

  • Develop cross functional channels with other ZEGO departments to streamline lead generation 

  • Consider yourself an expert on property management operations

The US base salary for this full-time position is $75,000 + bonus + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
