HR Generalist

Be a part of our team in which you will:

  • provide support to the Corporate HR Business Partner team in implementing new programs and initiatives that will continue to develop employees and contribute positively to the culture and employee engagement.

  • serves as main point of contact for HR-related inquiries and requests.

  • administers various human resources procedures and assists in the development and implementation of policies, including the employee handbook and other internal procedures.

  • supports workforce administration processes and data input in the HRIS, such as terminations, transfers, management assignment changes, and updates to personal data.

  • delivers, and maintains associate recruitment, onboarding and off boarding activities, including leading new hire orientation

  • track and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training.

  • full HR day-to-day support, performance management, employee relations, and analytics reporting

  • handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff

  • analyze HR data regularly, identifying areas for improvement in current processes.

  • maintain compliance local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review policies and procedures to maintain compliance

What you need to be successful:

  • bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Humana Resource Management, Sociology or Psychology

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources

  • advanced level of written and spoken English

  • strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment

  • exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail

  • experience working in HRIS or HCM systems is strongly preferred

  • ability to work independently and take on increasing responsibilities over time

  • strict adherence to confidentiality and professionalism

  • excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
