Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion:

    • Evaluate and select products to feature at industry conferences and events, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

    • Develop and implement strategies for showcasing products, including identifying key features and benefits to highlight during presentations and demos.

  • Content Creation:

    • Create and manage a Center of Excellence for product demonstrations, including best practices for internal teams.

    • Produce engaging external-facing content, including videos, presentations, and written materials, to enhance product awareness and drive customer engagement.

  • Event Participation:

    • Represent Global Payments at industry conferences and events, delivering presentations and engaging with customers, prospects, and industry partners.

    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to prepare for events, ensuring that all necessary materials and demos are ready and aligned with overall messaging.

  • Market Insight Gathering:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to identify opportunities for product promotion.

    • Gather feedback from customers and event attendees to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  • Demo Center of Excellence:

    • Create a center of excellence for demos. 

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on product strategies.

    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for product innovation based on market insights and customer feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant Experience or Degree in: Marketing or equivalent field from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
  • Typically a minimum of 6 years - 3-5 years of experience with B2B marketing of consumer-facing products, consumer financial services, or digital banking and payments services. At least 5 years of experience in a large (at least 5,000 employees) matrixed organization and a start-up organization.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Typically 8+ years - Experience successfully launching and growing products within an eCommerce, FinTech or Paytech business.     Demonstrated track record of creating compelling value proposition / narrative. Advanced quantitative and analytical skills with expertise in developing pricing and offers.
  • Licensing and/or Certification - Pragmatic Marketing Certification

Some barriers to entry exist at this level (e.g., dept/peer review). 
  • Job Complexity - Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.  Builds on/Maintains external relationships of assigned accounts.
