COLLABORATION
· Collaborate with business partners to facilitate a positive candidate experience and improve friction in the process within the designated pod or functional area.
Manage and execute all aspects of the hiring process in collaboration with hiring managers and the Human Resources team
TEAM MANAGEMENT:
Lead a small pod of recruiting professionals to accomplish company hiring goals, compliance practices and metrics
Ensure ongoing, clear, and supportive communication with hiring managers at all levels, rapidly escalating issues and providing solutions.
Deploy talent attraction strategies to improve sourcing and screening effectiveness within your recruitment pod / group.
Provide oversight and simple fixes to reduce errors and risks in the process. Identify and escalate larger process optimization needs.
Ensure that all jobs are effectively posted and managed to optimize candidate flow and ensure a compliance set of practices are followed.
RECRUITMENT STRETCH ASSIGNMENTS
Support requisition or project based hiring initiatives that are outside your existing scope of responsibility.
Gain knowledge and expertise of project / program management associated with talent acquisition initiatives.
Gain knowledge and demonstrate a project where you have optimized a piece or part of a process through technology and practices.
CANDIDATE ATTRACTION
Recommend and implement strategic initiatives using marketing, social media, third-party and internal platforms to expand recruiting pools for more diverse candidates
Manage projects for class based or large scale hiring initiatives.
Measure the outcome or sourcing and screening initiatives and recommend process fixes
Lead and practice localized initiatives to execute on job posting best practices, that both meet compliance and policy guidelines.
· Serve as a partner or SME to assist with agency vendor assimilation where needed to drive successful outcomes.
METRICS AND REPORTING
· Hold recruiters accountable to core SLA’s and KPI’s established across the Talent Acquisition organization.
· Serve as an apprentice and learn how data, trends and outcomes can contribute to active problem solving.
· Construct presentations that lead with data to solve a problem and recommend a solution
