Description
Purpose
This role will focus on Operations and Support of various of Global Payments applications. This role will focus on monitoring the production and certification environment to ensure application SLAs are met.
Essential Duties
Participate in business enhancements on the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.
Will manage team releases, coordinate with internal customers on platform operations
Provide second-level support for Global internal teams related to the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.
Will assist in the creation and maintenance of Merchant Accounting Operations procedures and processes
Work on assignments requiring considerable initiative. Understand the implications of work and make recommendations for solutions.
Will be available to provide 24/7 on-call support for the Merchant Accounting System
Other Duties
Will establish and maintain key relationships with internal and external customers to ensure work products are delivered promptly
Will drive initiatives, collaborate with other teams and resources
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in place of education
Minimum three years of Relevant Experience
Information Technology Field and/or Bankcard Industry experience
Able to work days, Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Must be available for 24/7 On-Call production support.
Google Suite experience
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability working in a high volume, high availability environment
