Description

Job Description:
• Responsible for daily data verification of the financial system, handling abnormal data, and ensuring data consistency.
• Responsible for the daily operation of the ERP system, data entry, and verification to ensure data accuracy and synchronization.
• Handle common system problems, respond to operational inquiries from various departments, and promptly report issues when they cannot be resolved.
• Query and analyze system data as needed, generate relevant reports, and provide data support.
• Cooperate with relevant departments to complete system upgrades, testing, and compile operation documents.


Job Requirements:
• Associate degree or above, with priority given to those with ERP operation experience.
• Familiarity with data statistics and experience with financial system software are preferred.
• Familiar with enterprise software operation logic and proficient in using office software.
• Meticulous and careful, with good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
