Employee resource groups—the heartbeat of our mission
Our employee resource groups are based on more than shared interests—their strategic plans and goals are a vital link with those of the organization. Our ERGs provide essential collaboration, insights and feedback on key initiatives, and they’re instrumental in creating the next generation of diverse leaders making an impact.
Our Onyx Network brings together Black team members to build a more inclusive environment that extends beyond Global Payments and throughout our industry. We celebrate cultural differences and spread awareness of the opportunities and issues facing the Black community.
Our Global Payments Pride Network supports the professional development of LGBTQIA+ team members through helping us recruit and retain more great colleagues, all while building a valuable LGBTQIA+ community.
Somos Network is a culturally and racially diverse collective of Spanish, Latin and Hispanic team members and allies. We elevate one another and help Global Payments navigate how we expand our footprint to create a more diverse marketplace.
Our Veteran's Network recognizes the unique sacrifices of our veterans and their families—through inclusion and hiring, by fostering connections among veteran team members, and by supporting veteran-related organizations and events.
