· Using your previous experience, educate the salesforce on how practices leverage the products and services AdvancedMD provides

· Contributes to the sales process by working with sales associates to uncover the prospect’s current environments/challenges, and future desired state, in order to find the best solution

· Conducts client/prospect demos and presentations in conjunction with sales to win business (in person or via Web-ex/conference calls)

· Train new Sales Associates in office and remotely on AdvancedMD Products and Services

· Participates in internal strategy meetings aimed at ensuring a concerted approach to winning business

· Assists with providing product and technical expertise in AdvancedMD products and services

· Summarizes prospect’s needs, identifies AdvancedMD’s ability to service those needs, and determines appropriate solutions to meet them

· Explores possibilities/creative solutions when a ready-made solution isn’t obvious

· Performs regular product training to the salesforce

· Plays a key role in developing sales associate product knowledge and assessing if new associates are ready to present the product independently

· Keeps sales organization abreast of product development

· Provides input to development of sales tools to increase productivity/effectiveness

· Helps to set quality expectations with prospects/clients regarding their role in ensuring a successful conversion. Counsels prospects/clients on potential for data extracts from existing systems, or facilitates the discussion with internal resources of AdvancedMD

· Liaise with implementation teams to provide issue resolution collaboratively & effectively

· Working scheduled hours within the office

· Perform other related duties as required


· 3+ recent years of healthcare industry knowledge

· Familiarity with medical software, Electronic Health Records, Practice Management, Patient Engagement tools, Telemedicine etc.

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Tech Savvy with a desire to be seen as the product expert

· Ability to learn software and educate others on the use and purpose
