About the role
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and numbers? We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Agent with a focus on Accounts Receivable to join our team and provide exceptional support to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails related to invoice or account queries, directing new clients to the sales team;
- Proactively follow up on outstanding and overdue invoices via outbound calls and emails;
- Investigate and resolve account queries for managed clients;
- Manage account suspensions, write-offs, and closures for unpaid accounts;
- Process potential client refunds and coordinate with stakeholders as needed;
- Provide reports and recommendations to key stakeholders, including finance and operations teams;
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal departments to ensure a high level of service;
- Maintain accurate client data and assist with accounts receivable documentation;
- Assist with general client inquiries, plan changes, and provide administrative support as needed;
About you
You enjoy learning and thrive in fast paced customer centric environment. You are a team player and appreciate and practice transparency in the workplace. You work well in a team as well as autonomously and are eager to dive in and learn new things.
You will also bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer support, accounts receivable or administrative role;
- Excellent administrative skills with high attention to detail;
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills;
- Ability to quickly learn new systems;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service focus;
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively;
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
