Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional quality customer services via handling inbound / outbound calls to merchants’ enquiries on credit card payment processing
Establish good relationship with merchants by provision of one-stop care services
Keeps up-to-date and self-equipped on required knowledge and skill sets proactively
Work with internal departments to seek best possible solutions for merchants
Carry out ad hoc assignments for call center operations
Requirements
Form 7 graduates or above with minimum 1 year experience in customer service and / or call centre preferred
Ability to converse in English and Mandarin is essential as required to communicate with overseas banks and merchants
Excellent telephone etiquette with mature and pleasant attributes
Ability to maintain composure under pressure, patience and enjoy customer service
High energy level and self-motivated
Team player with strong work ethic
Able to perform shift duty on weekends / public holidays depending on work schedule
Work on shift basis including weekends and public holidays
