Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for ServiceNow Product Owner to join our ever evolving Payments Product team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What You'll Own
Own and manage the ServiceNow product backlog, ensuring alignment to business priorities, service outcomes, and strategic roadmap
Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables
Drive prioritization and sprint planning with engineering teams, balancing technical debt, enhancements, and business demand
Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring transparency, expectation management, and value delivery across business units
Ensure UAT, release readiness, and quality governance are consistently applied, supporting successful adoption and minimal disruption
What You'll Bring
Proven ServiceNow Product Owner or BA experience in a large enterprise environment
ServiceNow CSA certification (desirable)
Demonstrable experience writing high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery environment
Experience facilitating requirements workshops and stakeholder sessions at senior level
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to decompose complex business problems into deliverable platform solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to present confidently to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable operating in a matrixed, fast-changing enterprise environment with competing priorities
CIS certification is a strong advantage
