Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for Software Test Analyst Senior to join our ever-evolving Service Cloud Salesforce team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts for both manual and automated testing
• Identify, document and track defects and issues, collaborating with developers to resolve them
• Understand and test Salesforce configurations, customizations and integrations
• Provide good test coverage including functional, integration and regression testing
• Ensuring new scripts are updated/integrated in the test automation pack
• Investigation and reporting of defects/bugs discovered, following re-test after fix
• Delivering regular progress/status reports as required
• Work closely with developers, product owners and other stake holders to ensure that quality is integrated into every stage of SDLC
What you’ll bring
•7 + years of experience in software testing with focus on both manual and automated testing.
• Experience with testing frameworks– Selenium and tools such as Cucumber
• Good understanding and knowledge in Java
• Experience with Salesforce application and certification are highly valued
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles preferably using SAFe Agile methodology
• Hands on experience in both Functional and Automation testing
• Provide subject matter expert knowledge in Quality Assurance best practices, tools, and software
• Experience working with JIRA for test case and defect management
• Experience working with version control tools like GitHub
• Building strong relationships across multiple engineering teams and with stakeholders
• Good verbal and written communication to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills
