L&D Consultant (APAC)- In Person/Virtual Training Delivery, Inclusion, Training consultant - 8-10 Years - Pune

What you'll own

• Facilitate engaging learning experiences (workshops, training sessions, and programs) for diverse audiences using best-in-class delivery techniques.

• Support the design and development of learning solutions (e.g., workshops, eLearning modules, job aids) aligned to defined objectives.

• Collaborate with senior learning consultants to execute against learning strategies and solutions.

• Leverage tools (e.g., Slido) to drive interactivity and learner engagement during sessions.

• Coordinate and support logistics for training delivery, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication.

• Gather learner feedback and support measurement efforts to continuously improve learning experiences.

• Maintain familiarity with learning content and adapt delivery approaches based on audience needs and feedback.

A day in the life for this person would look like delivering virtual live training, designing/developing new training, and supporting other ad hoc learning and development tasks (helping with the Learning Management System, updating internal documents that help Globalpayers know about our offerings, supporting with audits that involve learning and development records, etc.)

Core business hours: This position is expected to work standard business hours aligned to the India time zone. Occasional flexibility is required to support collaboration with global teams, including attendance at approximately one to two recurring meetings per week that may occur outside of normal business hours.

On-call responsibilities: There are no formal on-call responsibilities associated with this position. However, the role is expected to participate in occasional meetings scheduled outside standard India business hours to accommodate global stakeholders.

What you bring

Technologies – they must be able to build PowerPoint slides with robust facilitator notes, build courses using Articulate Rise while adhering to brand standards, curate content using our content provider Udemy, and present live in person and virtually (using Teams and tools like Slido to drive engagement). Experience in Workday Learning would be great as well

You will gain exposure to people in functions all around the company as you deliver training and meet with stakeholders to understand their training needs. You will partner more broadly with the CID team to elevate experiences we deliver that build our culture and strengthen inclusion. You get to shape what L&D looks like not only for India, but for the broader APAC region.

About the team

We own company-wide learning and development, which includes regularly building and deploying live workshops, eLearning (custom and curated paths from our content provider Udemy), and support for the broader CID team (culture, inclusion, and development). We also regularly build, deploy and report on compliance courses for various internal and external stakeholders around the world.
