What you’ll own

Develop and maintain application code.
Perform unit and integration testing with both internal and external systems.
Participate in solution design and technical discussions with the team.
Take part in Agile ceremonies and events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

Previous experience as a Software Developer, with at least 2-3 years of software development experience.
Experience with programming languages such as Java, C/C++, and/or Free Pascal (considered a plus), working in a Linux environment.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
English proficiency for reviewing technical documentation and interacting with users.
Availability to work from the office at least three times per week. The office is conveniently located near Morumbi-Claro Station on the Line 9-Emerald commuter rail line.

A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and working practices.
Experience working closely with Architecture leadership to enhance and evolve the platform.
