What you’ll own
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager – Insights and Growth, to help define the future of customer insights, financial intelligence, and growth solutions. In this role, you'll build products that transform complex data into actionable insights, helping customers better understand their business, optimize performance, and unlock new opportunities for growth. You'll work across reporting, analytics, billing, reconciliation, and emerging financial solutions to create experiences that deliver measurable customer value. This is a unique opportunity to own a strategic product domain from vision through execution. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, data, and business leaders to bring innovative ideas to market while shaping the future of an expanding platform.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong problem solver, and customer advocate who enjoys turning ambiguity into opportunity and transforming insights into business results.
Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for insights, reporting, analytics, billing, and growth-oriented products.
Identify opportunities to create new customer value through data, intelligence, and adjacent financial services.
Lead discovery efforts to understand customer needs, business challenges, and growth opportunities.
Develop reporting and analytics capabilities that improve customer decision-making.
Create reconciliation and billing experiences that reduce operational complexity.
Partner with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
Establish key performance indicators and measure product performance against business objectives.
Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Build business cases and investment recommendations for new product initiatives.
Drive adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization outcomes across the portfolio.
Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and business results to senior leadership.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years of Product Management experience.
Experience building analytics, reporting, growth, or customer-facing technology products.
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
Proven ability to translate customer needs into measurable business outcomes.
Experience working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.
Proven experience defining and executing product strategy and roadmaps.
Experience delivering customer-facing digital products.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Experience using customer insights and data to drive product decisions.
Demonstrated success driving measurable business outcomes.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Experience with analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data products.
Experience with financial services, fintech, payments, banking, or SaaS platforms.
Experience with billing, reconciliation, monetization, or revenue-generating products.
Experience launching new products from concept through commercialization.
Experience supporting growth, retention, or customer expansion initiatives.
Experience building zero-to-one products.
