What you’ll own
- Oversee a team responsible for analysing and proactively identifying fraudulent transactions using data-driven techniques, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling.
- Continuously measure and improve merchant fraud portfolios performance through reducing false positives while maintaining high detection rates.
- Manage continuous development to dashboards and Power BI visuals to improve reporting processes both to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with technical partners at Ravelin Technologies to prioritize refinements and new features in the Ravelin fraud model to support evolving fraud prevention techniques
- Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans for fraud prevention innovation utilizing both historic authorization and fraud data
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing processing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Oversee disaster recovery, backup processes, and cost center budgets, ensuring operational resilience and financial accountability.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of processing operations, administration, controls, and all processing phases.
- Experience leading teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI.
- Extensive knowledge of big data handling and projects.

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $127,500.00-$192,525.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
