Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Leader (Genius Platform) to join our ever-evolving Product Marketing team and help shape the future of global commerce.

This is your chance to step into a high-impact leadership role at the center of innovation. You will work alongside product, sales and marketing leaders to bring powerful solutions to market, unlock new revenue and create meaningful experiences for restaurant operators around the globe.

In this role, you’ll own the go-to-market strategy for Genius, drive product adoption at scale and lead a high-performing team of product marketers. You will shape how we tell our story, influence how we grow and help define the future of commerce in the restaurant industry.

What you’ll own

• Shape the Genius market story by building clear, differentiated positioning that connects product value to real restaurant needs and drives demand

• Drive go-to-market strategy and execution to accelerate adoption, engagement and revenue growth across target segments and markets

• Lead high-impact product launches that translate innovation into measurable business results and strong customer uptake

• Identify and unlock growth opportunities through segmentation, market analysis and white space discovery that expands our reach and influence

• Empower sales success by creating compelling enablement tools, demos and narratives that strengthen the buyer journey and improve win rates

• Champion the voice of the customer to influence product direction, messaging and strategy across the business

• Measure performance and optimize outcomes using data-driven insights to continuously improve go-to-market effectiveness and product success

• Build and lead a high-performing team by developing talent, setting direction and fostering a culture of ownership and innovation

What you bring

• Proven experience in product marketing, with a strong track record of driving go-to-market success and product growth

• Leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams in fast-moving environments

• Deep understanding of software as a service (SaaS) and experience engaging mid-market and enterprise audiences

• Demonstrated success launching new products and scaling them within global or multinational businesses

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action

• Deep knowledge of the restaurant industry and the challenges and opportunities within it

• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including market sizing and growth modeling

Additional information:

Salary range: $170,000 - $180,000 base salary, based on location, experience and job-related factors.
