What you’ll own
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated testing frameworks, test suites, and scripts to ensure continuous quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and quality engineers to design and implement test strategies, test plans, and automated testing solutions for new and existing applications
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, load, security, and service virtualization testing to identify defects and improve application reliability
- Integrate automated testing solutions into Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, enabling early and frequent testing
- Analyze application, system, and database performance, identify quality risks, and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, maintainability, and performance
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience will also be considered
- 4+ years of professional experience in software testing, quality engineering, software development, or test automation
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks and working with CI/CD tools and Agile development methodologies
- Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, C#, Groovy, SQL, or similar technologies
- Experience with test automation, API testing, performance testing, security testing, and modern software quality practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
It’s a bonus if you have
- 6+ years of experience building automated testing strategies across complex enterprise environments and technology stacks
- Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with application lifecycle management tools, service virtualization, performance engineering, payment processing platforms, or PCI-compliant environments
