The GTM Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining and optimizing critical sales and partner data structures that power SMB go-to-market operations. This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and usability of hierarchy data across Snowflake and Salesforce, enabling reliable reporting, efficient sales execution, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Translate and synchronize hierarchy data into Salesforce, supporting account, partner, and sales reporting frameworks

  • Monitor and validate data flows between Snowflake and Salesforce, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies

  • Support ongoing data hygiene efforts, including deduplication, normalization, and data quality enforcement

Salesforce Data & Hierarchy Support

  • Serve as a subject matter resource for Salesforce hierarchy structures (Accounts, Partners, Territories, etc.)

  • Ensure Salesforce reflects the most up-to-date and accurate hierarchy data to support routing, segmentation, and reporting

  • Partner with Sales Operations, Partner Operations, and GTM Technology teams to implement hierarchy updates and enhancements

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce to support SMB sales and partner leadership

  • Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions that provide actionable insights

  • Analyze data trends and provide recommendations to improve sales and partner performance

  • Support ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests across SMB stakeholders

Data Governance & Quality

  • Establish and monitor processes that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems

  • Perform QA checks, anomaly detection, and ongoing validation of hierarchy and reporting data

  • Document processes, data definitions, and hierarchy logic for transparency and scalability

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, BI, and Data Engineering teams

  • Support enhancements to data models, reporting frameworks, and automation processes

  • Contribute to broader data orchestration initiatives and tooling improvements as needed

    What you’ll bring

    • 2–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, or similar role
      • Working knowledge of Salesforce (data model, reporting, dashboards)
      • Working knowledge of Snowflake (data querying, table structures, data validation)
      • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
      • Experience building reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
      • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

It’s a bonus if you have

      • Experience with sales or partner hierarchy management
      • Familiarity with data orchestration, ETL/ELT processes, or data pipelines
      • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
      • Understanding of SMB sales or partner go-to-market models
