In Greece, we conduct business through EDPS, which is one of the leading FINTECH companies in the country, specializing in Payments Processing and Advanced Payment Solutions. Our goal is to be the go-to solution for large retailers across all sectors and offer cutting edge technology to accept and process electronic payments on both physical location (POS) and eCommerce environments.

What you’ll own

Responsible for preparation and configuration of POS equipment
Responsible for product processes documentation and training materials
Responsible for performing remote support activity to solve POS functionality and/or operational issues
Assist with maintenance of POS servers and terminals
Ensure that POS security procedures are implemented and enforced
Ensure that service standards are established and attained
Carries out other tasks assigned

What you’ll bring

High school diploma or equivalent, IEK/TEI of relevant studies
2+ years’ experience in a similar role in tech support, ideally in the field of payment transactions
Good knowledge of English language
Good computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
Team player with strong communication skills, able to develop great relations with co-workers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and hands on approach
Rapidity and accuracy
Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to multi task
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Resourceful with a problem-solving aptitude
