Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Manager, AP EC Premier Service to join our ever-evolving eCommerce Operations & Merchant Services team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you'll own

  • Lead the implementation, onboarding, and in-life support experience for eCommerce merchants integrating with Global Payments’ Internet Payment Gateway solutions.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to merchants, helping them optimize payment acceptance strategies and achieve their business growth objectives.

  • Provide technical consultation and support throughout the merchant lifecycle, including integration planning, testing, deployment, and production support.

  • Facilitate merchant development and certification activities by providing sandbox environments, technical documentation, sample code, and troubleshooting assistance.

  • Manage merchant communications, escalations, and stakeholder engagement to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

  • Partner closely with Product Management, Development, Sales, and Operations teams to identify product gaps, recommend enhancements, and support new product launches.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, developing best practices, integration methodologies, process documentation, and operational standards.

  • Conduct business reviews with merchants, presenting product updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to strengthen customer relationships.

  • Support testing and validation of new gateway functions, digital commerce products, and emerging payment technologies.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with merchants, service providers, business partners, and internal stakeholders across the APAC region.

What you'll bring

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • 5–8+ years of experience in system integration, technical support, solution consulting, or merchant technical services, preferably within the payments, fintech, or eCommerce industry.

  • Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTTP, TCP/IP, APIs, REST, SOAP, XML, and modern integration methodologies.

  • Experience supporting eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, or digital payment ecosystems.

  • Working knowledge of at least two of the following technologies: Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, PHP, SQL, MySQL, C/C++, Ruby, Linux/Unix, Windows Server, ASP, or similar technologies.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.

It's a bonus if you have

  • Experience within merchant acquiring, payment processing, or digital commerce environments.

  • Knowledge of mobile payment technologies, digital wallets, shopping cart integrations, and eCommerce platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with Postman, scripting, API testing, and system debugging.

  • Familiarity with Android and iOS payment-related integrations.

  • Experience with relational databases, data analysis, and reporting tools.

  • Project management or engagement management experience supporting complex client implementations.

  • Additional Asian language capabilities.

Our team plays a critical role in helping merchants maximize the value of Global Payments' technologies while enabling secure and scalable growth.
