Client Settlement Specialist

What you’ll own

• Process client settlement transactions accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform daily settlement activities, including rebate payments, prefunding, client fund disbursements, and transaction reconciliations.
• Review, validate, and analyze financial transaction data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Support internal and external audit requests by maintaining proper documentation of settlement activities and controls.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the automation and optimization of settlement operations.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial operations, payment processing, settlement, or related transactional finance functions.
• Strong experience with reconciliation, transaction processing, financial analysis, and high-volume operational workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to delivering a high level of client service.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience working with financial systems such as Oracle or similar ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of payment operations, settlement controls, and financial compliance requirements.
