What you’ll own
- Drive business growth by acquiring new merchants, expanding existing accounts, and identifying opportunities that increase revenue and market presence.
- Build lasting merchant relationships that strengthen customer loyalty, minimize attrition, and create long-term business value.
- Negotiate win-win business solutions that deliver sustainable commercial outcomes for both merchants and Global Payments.
- Expand portfolio opportunities by growing branch networks, cross-selling solutions, and uncovering new revenue streams within your assigned market.
- Influence business strategy through market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback that support product innovation and future growth.
What you’ll bring
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in financial services, payments, merchant acquiring, banking, or FMCG industries.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow customer portfolios through relationship management and business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong command of both English and Filipino.
- Must be a resident of, or highly familiar with, the Tuguegarao area and surrounding markets.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup involving work-from-home and field-based client visits.
It’s a bonus if you have
- Experience in the credit card, payments, merchant acquiring, or fintech industry.
- Experience conducting product presentations, training sessions, or business reviews with customers and partners.
- A degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
