We're looking for a Freelance Facilities Manager (f/m/d) to support our Corporate Real Estate & Facilities team and help create a safe, efficient, and high performing workplace environment.

What you'll own

• Manage the day to day delivery of Facilities Management services, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

• Coordinate maintenance, office services, workplace improvements, and vendor management while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.

• Support facility related projects, including office space planning, workplace optimization, and business continuity initiatives.

• Manage external service providers, contribute to contract negotiations, and monitor service quality and performance.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve facilities services and ensure an outstanding workplace experience.

What you'll bring

• Several years of experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, or Workplace Management.

• Experience managing external vendors, service providers, and facility related projects.

• Strong organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, building operations, and workplace compliance.

• Excellent communication skills and business fluency in English.

It’s a bonus if you have

• A degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience working in an international corporate environment.

• Previous experience supporting workplace transformation or office relocation projects.
