About the Role
We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the delivery of onboarding products and transformation initiatives across Asia. Working closely with product, technology, operations, and business teams, you'll help shape product roadmaps, gather requirements, manage backlogs, and drive successful product outcomes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong product management and business analysis skills and enjoys turning customer and business needs into impactful solutions.
What you’ll own
Product Management
- Support product roadmap planning and execution.
- Conduct customer, market, and competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Help define, prioritise, and manage product backlogs.
- Contribute to business cases, product recommendations, and launch activities.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver product enhancements and drive adoption.
Business Analysis & Delivery
- Gather, analyse, and document business and customer requirements.
- Map processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions.
- Support delivery teams through design, testing, implementation, and release activities.
What You’ll bring:
- 4+ years' experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Delivery, or a related role.
- Experience working across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with delivery execution.
