Ready to start a career with Global Payments?


As a Supplier Enrollment Specialist and play a key role in expanding our virtual card payment network. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll partner with suppliers, educate them on the benefits of virtual payments, and help drive adoption of innovative payment solutions that create value for businesses across the globe.


What you'll own

  • Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into MineralTree's virtual card payment program through high-volume outbound outreach.
  • Educate suppliers on the benefits of accepting virtual card payments and becoming part of our payment network.
  • Identify and overcome objections through active listening, consultative conversations, and professional communication.
  • Guide suppliers through the enrollment process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Gather and validate required supplier information accurately and efficiently to ensure successful enrollment.
  • Consistently exceed weekly and monthly enrollment, performance, and quality assurance goals.
  • Maintain a high level of self-motivation while managing outbound calling activity and achieving results with minimal supervision.
  • Cross-train and support additional functions within the Payment Optimization and Payment Operations teams as needed.
  • Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Support onboarding and training efforts for new team members as the organization continues to grow.


What you'll bring

  • 1-3 years of outbound sales, business development, or customer engagement experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with outstanding attention to detail.
  • High degree of energy, accountability, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to manage objections and influence outcomes through consultative conversations.
  • Strong integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Desire to contribute to a fast-growing, collaborative, and high-performance culture.


It's a bonus if you have

  • B2B sales experience.
  • Experience within virtual card, ePayables, commercial card, merchant processing, payments, procurement, or fintech industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding performance goals and targets.
  • Experience in high-volume outbound calling environments.
  • Knowledge of supplier enablement, payment optimization, or accounts payable solutions.
  • Experience mentoring or training new team members.

The Payment Optimization team helps customers unlock greater value from their payment programs by expanding supplier participation in virtual card and electronic payment solutions. Through proactive outreach, consultative conversations, and a commitment to customer success, the team drives enrollment growth while delivering an exceptional experience for suppliers and customers alike. This is a highly collaborative environment where initiative, curiosity, and results are recognized and rewarded.
