Preferred location: Prague, Czech Republic, or Bucharest, Romania
We're offering the position for a fixed term as a maternity leave cover.
What you’ll own
- Manage the employee lifecycle across Slovakia, Austria, Romania, and Croatia, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding activities
- Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local requirements
- Partner with payroll providers and support payroll-related processes, reporting activities, and HR administration
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, HR Generalist, or a similar HR role
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and core HR processes
- Experience providing support and guidance to managers and employees in a professional environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced English and fluency in Czech and/or Slovak for daily communication across multiple countries
It’s a bonus if you have
- Experience supporting HR processes in an international or multi-country environment
- Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, OKbase, or similar platforms
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with HR reporting and analytics

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and global teams
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information professionally
- Hybrid working model with an expectation of three days per week in the office
