We’re looking for a Facilities Manager, who will be overseeing the management of maintenance, equipment, furniture, and service requirements that impact the Georgia and LATAM office environment. Recommends, plans, and executes site space-plan changes. Oversees and plans annual facility spending for office services, building and grounds maintenance, and facility expansion or improvement projects.
What you’ll own
- Responsible for the full spectrum of facilities management both strategic and operational
- Defines delivery of Regional Facilities Support Services in alignment with the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) global support model. Builds partnerships and collaborates on decisions related to the delivery of facilities services for all GP and subsidiaries Georgia and LATAM locations, advising executive leaders and key stakeholders at segment levels. Promotes agreement and acceptance on facilities operations, while inspiring and gaining the commitment of others
- Works collaboratively with CRE to assist with setting the strategy for the facilities department. Prioritizes staff activities to deliver legislative and/or best practice compliance and continuous improvement in health and safety, building regulations, physical security, environmental and sustainability programs, business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
- Lead the Facilities support service vendors in managing all aspects of office facilities and safety
- Performs market analysis and evaluates new real estate opportunities for expansion efforts. Identifies opportunities for site relocation and closure that benefits the business
- Researches, analyzes, compiles and reports data for real estate projects as needed
- Assist Head of Property & Facilities on real estate leasing management. Establishes the end to end negotiation process for complex property contracts. Works with internal and external lawyers, consultants, property agents, vendors on property acquisitions, disposals and lease renewals
- Establishes and manages the contract negotiation process for complex contracts and renewal agreements. Defines scope, specification and costs for all outsourced facilities vendor services for Global Payments and subsidiaries locations. Directs the tender and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, ensuring compliance with the procurement and the legal process. Directs the implementation and ongoing evaluation of vendor services
- Conducts complex analysis of data, requests and facts. Applies functional, business or industry knowledge for the relevant business opportunities or problem-solving. Requires the ability to adapt and establish methods to new situations as business needs change. Requires the ability to anticipate these changes and act accordingly

What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
- Fluent English, Spanish and/or Portuguese (spoken & written) which needs adding for the specific local regulatory and for vendor interactions
- Professional qualification, preferably in Facilities Management, Building Services, or related discipline
- With 5 to 8 years of experience in facilities management field and at least 3 years in vendor management experience in sizable multinational companies
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, statutory requirements and project management skills
- Typically a minimum of 6 years
- Related professional experience and prefer a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a supervisory position.

- Experience working on Projects locally and international locations with sufficient knowledge and adapt project deliverables as time, resources, and scope elements change.
- Skills / Knowledge - A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
- Job Complexity - Works on problems of diverse scope and evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
