Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Manager, Communications to join our ever-evolving Global Client Communications team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you'll own

Lead the development and execution of strategic client communications that keep customers informed of regulatory, operational, contractual, and service-related updates.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business initiatives into clear, customer-focused communications that drive understanding and engagement.
Manage communication projects from intake through delivery, ensuring timelines, approvals, compliance requirements, and business objectives are met.
Monitor communication effectiveness through reporting, metrics, and feedback, continuously improving content quality and customer experience.
Manages team responsible for communicating with the Global Payments US and Canada customer base

What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience with 6+ years of experience in communications, content strategy, client communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
A naturally curious mindset with a passion for solving problems, improving customer experiences, and finding innovative ways to deliver impactful communications.
