Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Business Development to join our ever-evolving Enterprise Restaurant Partnerships team and help shape the future of global commerce.
In this role, you’ll drive the growth and success of the Enterprise Restaurant Genius POS partner ecosystem, building strategic relationships that expand platform capabilities, accelerate innovation, and create value for customers. Working across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, you’ll lead key partnerships from strategy through launch and ongoing growth, helping Global Payments deliver market-leading commerce solutions and drive the future of connected restaurant technology.

What you bring
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, partner management, business development, channel programs, account management, or customer success.
Experience managing technology partnerships, ISVs, SaaS platforms, integrations, or partner ecosystems.
Experience managing business relationships throughout the partner lifecycle, including onboarding, enablement, integration coordination, go-to-market planning, and ongoing partner management.
Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple partner initiatives simultaneously.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Technical Integrations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Operations.
Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to manage partner expectations, timelines, and competing business priorities.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, operational execution, and process improvement.
Experience developing partner enablement programs and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Experience supporting reseller, referral, dealer, channel, marketplace, or strategic partner programs.
Familiarity with CRM, partner relationship management (PRM), and project management platforms.
It’s a bonus if you have
Experience managing SMB technology partner ecosystems.
Experience within restaurant technology, hospitality technology, retail technology, POS, payments, or SaaS platforms.
Experience supporting API, integration, or platform partnerships.

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
