What you'll own

• Design, develop, and continuously improve modern web applications, mobile H5 pages, administration portals, and cross-platform user experiences using leading front-end technologies.
• Build scalable, high-quality, and maintainable user interfaces with frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, ensuring responsiveness and exceptional user experience across devices.
• Contribute to front-end architecture and engineering excellence by developing component libraries, design systems, development standards, build pipelines, and monitoring frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams to deliver business requirements with speed, quality, and reliability.
• Drive performance optimization, browser compatibility improvements, accessibility compliance, and seamless integration with backend services through RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket technologies.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with proven hands-on experience developing modern front-end applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with solid understanding of browser rendering, web performance, network communication, and front-end security best practices.
• Experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Vue, or Angular, and a strong understanding of component-based and modular development methodologies.
• Familiarity with modern front-end engineering tools and workflows, including Vite, Webpack, npm/pnpm, ESLint, Prettier, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, Pinia, Vuex, or RxJS.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality products and user experiences.

It's a bonus if you have

• Experience building large-scale web applications, SaaS platforms, enterprise management systems, or solutions within Retail, Restaurant, ERP, CRM, or POS environments.
• Hands-on experience with cross-platform and mobile technologies such as React Native, Flutter, Mini Programs, Electron, Tauri, or similar frameworks.
• Experience building component libraries, design systems, micro-frontends, monorepos, or shared engineering platforms.
• Familiarity with modern observability, monitoring, and analytics tools such as Sentry, Datadog, or Application Insights.
• Knowledge of Node.js, Next.js, Nuxt.js, NestJS, GraphQL, cloud-native deployment, and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to read and understand English technical documentation and stay current with emerging technologies.
