In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll experiences that directly support our colleagues and business operations. By leveraging payroll expertise, data insights, and process excellence, you will help drive trust, operational efficiency, and workforce confidence across the organization. What you'll own
Drive accurate and timely payroll delivery across multiple payroll cycles, ensuring employees are paid correctly while strengthening trust, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization.
Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies by applying payroll expertise and data analysis, improving accuracy, reducing risk, and enhancing the employee experience.
Leverage payroll data and reporting insights to support business decisions, audit readiness, financial accuracy, and regulatory compliance across key stakeholders.
Influence continuous process improvements by identifying efficiencies, recommending solutions, and helping optimize payroll operations to support business growth and scalability.
Share knowledge and provide guidance that elevates team capability, strengthens payroll best practices, and contributes to consistent, high-quality service delivery.
What you'll bring
Proven experience processing high-volume payroll with a strong track record of delivering accurate, compliant, and timely results.
Solid knowledge of payroll administration, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), time and attendance systems, and payroll-related regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide guidance, explain complex payroll matters, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, enabling effective management of large volumes of data while meeting critical deadlines.
It's a bonus if you have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), or a comparable payroll certification.
Experience leading process improvement initiatives or mentoring and developing less experienced payroll professionals.
