Senior Product Manager

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Regional Delivery to join our ever evolving Product Management team within Global Payments Europe and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payment solutions across multiple European markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
• Lead the regional delivery and migration of payment solutions to the Android-based Nucleus platform, coordinating priorities across countries and business lines
• Partner with regional stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to translate market requirements into scalable product capabilities and development priorities
• Build business cases, contribute to pricing and commercial strategies, and drive product adoption and market expansion initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, certification, acquiring, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery throughout the product lifecycle

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within payments, fintech, terminal solutions, or financial services
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with proven experience defining product roadmaps, priorities, and business value propositions
• Solid understanding of payment ecosystems, including EMV, payment terminals, card acquiring, and related technologies
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver complex technology products
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in Czech and English

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience with Android-based payment platforms, terminal management solutions, or payment acceptance technologies
• Knowledge of APIs, payment certifications, scheme requirements, and payment architecture concepts
• Experience working with merchants, transport operators, integrators, or other stakeholders within payment ecosystems

Additional requirements

• Ability to balance customer, market, and commercial priorities while driving product decisions
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including experience leading customer workshops and product demonstrations
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making in a matrix organization
• Passion for innovation and delivering payment solutions that create measurable business and customer value
