  • Order readiness and handoffs: Validate sales orders, bills of materials, customer details, and delivery requirements; ensure opportunity stages and required information support timely fulfillment, accounting, and downstream handoffs.
  • Enterprise opportunity coordination: Lead the Control Tower model for complex opportunities entering pilot, aligning Sales, Operations, Onboarding, and Technology on milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, owners, and next steps.
  • Process scalability and capacity planning: Evolve manual opportunity trackers into sustainable, system-enabled workflows, using Salesforce as the source of truth where appropriate; partner with functional leaders to identify resource constraints and inform staffing and prioritization.

Executive Sales Performance Reporting

  • Develop consistent executive reporting for pipeline health, opportunity progression, sales performance, and operational execution.
  • Consolidate individually managed spreadsheets and offline opportunity trackers into a governed reporting framework.
  • Partner with Sales Insights, Business Intelligence, Technology, and Salesforce support teams to develop dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Monitor data quality and address process gaps that affect reporting accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Significant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or related functions.

  • Strong Salesforce experience, including account, opportunity, quote, product, price book, order, dashboard, and reporting processes.
  • Experience supporting complex sales cycles with multiple internal stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with sellers, operational teams, technical partners, and senior leaders.

It's a bonus if you have the following!

  • Strong Salesforce experience, including account, opportunity, quote, product, price book, order, dashboard, and reporting processes.
