Ongoing Due Diligence & Compliance File Review

  • Review Ongoing Due Diligence packets, AML risk assessments, and other AML compliance files for quality, completeness, and adherence to applicable requirements.
  • Assess higher-risk customer relationships and ensure material risk factors, including geography, ownership, business activity, reputational concerns, and other financial crime risks, are appropriately evaluated and documented.
  • Identify gaps and provide actionable feedback before matters are submitted for final approval, ensuring recommendations are supported by clear and consistent risk-based rationale.
