Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Junior Finance Analyst Intern to join our ever-evolving Finance Controlling team and help support financial reporting and business analysis across the Central and Eastern Europe region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a university student looking to gain hands-on experience in finance, controlling, and reporting within a global organization. You'll work alongside experienced finance professionals, develop analytical skills, and gain exposure to real business processes that directly support decision-making and business performance.

What you'll own

• Support monthly controlling and reporting activities across multiple countries within the CEE region.
• Assist with partner commission calculations and related financial analyses.
• Contribute to month-end closing activities, including data preparation, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses for internal stakeholders.
• Learn to work with reporting and business intelligence tools, helping to automate and improve reporting processes.

What you'll bring

• Current university studies in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Practical experience working with Microsoft Excel and a strong interest in financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when working with numerical data.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive willingness to learn.
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English at a minimum B2 level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

It's a bonus if you have

• Experience with Power BI, Hyperion, MS Access, or other reporting and analytics tools.
• Previous internship, coursework, or project experience related to finance, controlling, or business analytics.
• Interest in data visualization, process automation, or business intelligence solutions.

What we offer

• Long-term cooperation on a DPP or DPČ contract.
• Hourly rate of CZK 180-200 per hour.
