Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an InP - Product Analyst Senior to join our ever-evolving Account Updater Team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
What you’ll own
- Own specific capabilities within the Account Updater product, taking features from discovery through delivery while ensuring they solve merchant and business needs.
- Work with Engineering, Architecture and QA to define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and release plans for new platform capabilities.
- Partner with card networks, internal platform teams and operational stakeholders to support the delivery of Account Updater services across the payment ecosystem.
- Analyse merchant feedback, operational data and product performance to identify opportunities that improve account update success rates, payment acceptance and customer experience.
- Support the evolution of Account Updater APIs, batch processing and operational workflows by defining clear product requirements and validating delivered functionality.
- Collaborate with payment gateway, tokenization, recurring payments and merchant platform teams to ensure Account Updater capabilities integrate seamlessly across the payment lifecycle.
- Monitor product KPIs including update success rates, authorization improvements, platform adoption, operational health and service performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Support production releases by working with Engineering and Operations to resolve issues, prioritise enhancements and improve platform reliability.
- Maintain the product backlog, prioritise work alongside senior product leaders and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and customer commitments.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders while developing expertise in payment processing, card network services and credential lifecycle management.
What you bring
- 4-6+ years of Technical Product Management experience delivering complex payment platform capabilities, API products, and transaction processing solutions within fintech, payments, or software environments.
- Strong knowledge of payment architectures and transaction lifecycles, including authorisation, routing, settlement, gateway integrations, APIs, and industry-standard messaging protocols.
- Hands-on experience translating business requirements into technical specifications, managing product backlogs, creating functional and product briefs, defining acceptance criteria, and partnering closely with engineering teams throughout the SDLC.
- Proven ability to solve complex integration and platform challenges, using data-driven analysis to identify root causes, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver scalable, resilient solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to align engineering, operations, commercial, and executive audiences while driving product outcomes and technical decision-making.
