What you’ll own

We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Analyst to join our Enterprise Operations team, supporting the enterprise-wide implementation and optimisation of Salesforce across Enterprise (LOB). This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce solutions through comprehensive testing and quality assurance practices across the platform.

You will work closely with business analysts, product owners, developers, administrators, architects, release managers, and business stakeholders to validate that Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and deliver a seamless user experience. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards throughout the software delivery lifecycle while supporting continuous improvement across the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Design, plan, and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce solutions and releases.
• Validate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring solutions meet expected business outcomes.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, test data, and test evidence in accordance with enterprise standards.
• Support Agile delivery teams operating within Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile frameworks.
• Execute testing activities across Salesforce capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
• Identify, document, prioritise, and track defects through to resolution using JIRA and associated tooling.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, architects, and business analysts to investigate defects and validate fixes.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and production validation activities.
• Validate integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications including MuleSoft and API-based solutions.
• Participate in release readiness activities, ensuring quality gates are met before production deployment.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and delivered functionality.
• Support test environment management, test data preparation, and deployment validation activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to increase testing efficiency, coverage, and quality outcomes.
• Support the implementation and adoption of test automation practices where appropriate

What you bring

• Minimum 3+ years of software quality assurance or testing experience, including experience testing Salesforce solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, particularly within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience designing and executing:

• Functional testing
• Integration testing
• Regression testing
• End-to-end testing
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Experience working with business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test traceability processes.
• Strong understanding of defect lifecycle management and issue tracking using JIRA or similar tools.
• Experience testing integrations using:

• REST APIs
• SOAP APIs
• MuleSoft integrations
• Third-party enterprise applications

Additional experience with, or willingness to learn:

• Agentforce
• Data Cloud / Data 360
• Experience Cloud
• Tableau

• Understanding of Salesforce data models, workflows, security concepts, and user permissions.
• Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Zephyr, Xray, Azure DevOps Test Plans, or similar platforms..
• Exposure to test automation frameworks and quality engineering practices is desirable.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate defects, risks, and testing outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
