Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Inclusion, L&D Leader to help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you'll own

Regional Inclusion & Belonging (≈ 40%)

•Strategy Activation—translate global I&B strategy into regionally tailored initiatives and plans aligned with business priorities, cultural context, and compliance.

•Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement- partner with regional PCC, business leaders, and other key stakeholders to drive inclusive practices and behaviors.

•Inclusion Community (IC) Enablement—guide and coach regional IC leaders to deliver high-impact programming and engagement.

•Programs & Initiatives-- deliver inclusion programs (e.g., awareness campaigns, learning experiences, events). Lead regional observances and cultural moments with authenticity and impact.

•Insights & Measurement- monitor regional engagement and participation to identify trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Global Inclusion & Belonging (≈20%)

•Contribute regional insights to inform global I&B strategy, programs and priorities; participate in and support global I&B campaigns, toolkits, and program rollouts; share best practices and scale successful regional approaches

Regional Learning & Leadership Experiences (≈40%)

•Facilitation & Delivery-deliver GP development and leadership programs across APAC; facilitate sessions in a way that reflects cultural norms, communication styles, and sensitivities.

•Localization of Learning Content- partner with Learning and Leadership experiences leaders to provide recommendations to ensure cultural relevance, regional appropriateness and accessibility; identify where content may need modification

•Learning Partnership-- partner closely with the Learning & Development team to support regional learning strategy; provide feedback on program effectiveness and learner engagement in APAC.

People leader role responsible for advancing inclusion and belonging outcomes across the APAC region while supporting global I&D priorities and enabling high-impact regional learning experiences. Role will report into the I&B function with dotted line accountability to both Learning Experiences and Leadership Experiences functions.

What you bring

•Advanced experience and knowledge of HR, Learning & Development and/or inclusion, belonging, and culture frameworks; strong regional expertise and compliance knowledge; cross-cultural competency

•Program management and execution; content localization and cultural adaption

•Strong facilitation and presentation skills; knowledge of adult learning principles

•Change management fundamentals

•Stakeholder engagement and communication

•Able to manage and develop team members, including goal setting, prioritization, coaching, skill building and performance feedback.

•Able to lead and coach IC leaders as well as able to influence without authority with other regional stakeholders.

•Able to lead discussions, workshops, and group learning experiences effectively (in-person and virtual) and create psychological safety across audiences

•Able to navigate competing priorities while maintaining focus on impact

About the team

Serves as a bridge between Inclusion & Belonging, Learning Experiences, and Leadership Experiences, ensuring that global strategies are translated into culturally relevant, locally resonant experiences. A critical component of the role is on-the-ground facilitation and contextualization of inclusion, learning and develop content, adapting delivery and messaging to diverse APAC markets.
