What you’ll own
Automated Framework & Tool Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and continuous integration test suites to ensure code quality and functionality.
API & UI Verification: Validate high-performance software solutions by testing intuitive user interfaces and testing APIs that simplify integration for external developers.
Performance & Security Tuning: Conduct performance, load, security, and service virtualization testing while analyzing performance bottlenecks to improve application reliability and responsiveness.
Collaboration & Code Quality: Participate throughout the SDLC to apply continuous quality paradigms, perform frequent regression testing, and communicate technical ideas or project status with managers.
Technical Advocacy & Mentorship: Professionally argue technical points to ensure the right architectural solutions, assist in promoting a positive team culture, and coach junior engineers.
What you’ll bring
Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Core Technical Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience spanning software testing, coding, designing, and system development.
Dual-Stack Programming Mastery: High-level proficiency in Java with Oracle databases, or the Microsoft .NET stack (including SQL Server, Entity Framework, JavaScript, and Git).
Testing & Automation Tooling: Direct competence using Selenium, MS Test, API testing infrastructure, and enterprise integration testing tools.
Engineering & Architectural Acumen: Deep understanding of core design principles, multi-threading, real-time processing, and database query performance tuning.
Communication & Debugging Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities combined with hands-on experience debugging applications and services.

Advanced Academic Credentials: Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
