As a Implementation Analyst on the Genius® team, you will bring innovative solutions directly to dealers & business owners and create a real, measurable impact on their day-to-day operations.

Join our team as an Implementation Analyst, where you will play a key role in delivering successful client onboarding and system conversions. In this client-facing position, you will provide frontline implementation support by configuring solutions, managing data integration and transfers, and ensuring system functionality aligns with client requirements and business objectives. You will partner directly with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, including system setup, process documentation, user training, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement through client feedback, and help clients achieve a seamless transition to our technology and business process solutions, both remotely and on-site when needed.

What You’ll Own

  • Serve as the primary client contact for assigned implementations, supporting system conversions, environment setup, and configuration to ensure solutions align with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams during discovery and implementation phases to analyze business needs, recommend system options, resolve configuration discrepancies, and build functional expertise across assigned modules.
  • Support data mapping, validation, and conversion activities by reviewing field-level requirements, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring alignment with approved client configuration plans.
  • Execute testing activities, including test case creation, test data preparation, results documentation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, escalating complex concerns when appropriate and maintaining project metrics throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Deliver client training and functional education by gathering requirements, preparing documentation, conducting presentations, and facilitating a seamless transition to long-term support teams; based onsite in Charlotte, NC, with up to 50% travel as needed.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or degree in Business or Computer Science preferred, other majors considered.
  • Skills / Knowledge - Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Job Complexity - Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
  • Supervision - Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
  • Problem Solving - A professional with strong problem solving skills and problem resolution is based on a broad base of business knowledge.
  • Prioritizing/Multi-tasking - Ability to manage priorities in a matrix managed environment.
  • Facilitation and Negotiation - Demonstrates the ability to stay on task and lead to results, maintain scope, and negotiate between differing objectives to arrive at consensus within timeframes given.

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Experience in system integration, implementations, and conversions preferred.
