Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our ever-evolving Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

  • Drive new merchant acquisition and revenue growth by promoting Global Payments’ merchant services and payment solutions to businesses across assigned territories.

  • Generate and qualify sales opportunities through prospecting activities, including face-to-face meetings, networking, referrals, telephone outreach, and marketing initiatives.

  • Conduct consultative sales presentations to understand customer needs and recommend tailored payment solutions.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospect identification and needs analysis to account sign-up, activation, and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management within the CRM platform.

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and updates for management.

  • Stay informed of industry developments, emerging payment technologies, competitor activities, and market trends to strengthen sales effectiveness and customer engagement.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, financial services, payments, or a related industry.

  • Proven ability to generate leads, develop opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of client business needs and provide consultative solutions.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field sales environment.

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Experience in merchant acquiring, payment processing, fintech, banking, or financial services.

  • Proven success in cold calling, prospecting, and business development activities.

  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

  • Knowledge of the Taiwan payments landscape and merchant ecosystem.

  • Strong understanding of digital payments, eCommerce, and value-added payment solutions.
