What you’ll own
Drive new merchant acquisition and revenue growth by promoting Global Payments’ merchant services and payment solutions to businesses across assigned territories.
Generate and qualify sales opportunities through prospecting activities, including face-to-face meetings, networking, referrals, telephone outreach, and marketing initiatives.
Conduct consultative sales presentations to understand customer needs and recommend tailored payment solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospect identification and needs analysis to account sign-up, activation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management within the CRM platform.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and updates for management.
Stay informed of industry developments, emerging payment technologies, competitor activities, and market trends to strengthen sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, financial services, payments, or a related industry.
Proven ability to generate leads, develop opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to develop a deep understanding of client business needs and provide consultative solutions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities simultaneously.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field sales environment.
It’s a bonus if you have
Experience in merchant acquiring, payment processing, fintech, banking, or financial services.
Proven success in cold calling, prospecting, and business development activities.
Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Knowledge of the Taiwan payments landscape and merchant ecosystem.
Strong understanding of digital payments, eCommerce, and value-added payment solutions.
