We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our ever-evolving SMB Merchant Lead Management team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you’ll build and lead the quality framework that powers high-performing merchant acquisition campaigns, ensuring small and medium-sized businesses connect seamlessly with the solutions they need to grow. Your work will directly influence campaign performance, customer experience, conversion outcomes, and operational excellence across multiple acquisition channels. Partnering with teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, Technology, Revenue Operations, Merchant Operations, Underwriting, Analytics, Salesforce, and external vendors, you’ll help create scalable, reliable campaign experiences that strengthen merchant trust, accelerate growth, and support Global Payments’ mission of enabling commerce around the world.
What you'll own
- Establish and evolve campaign quality standards that drive successful launches, reduce defects, and create a consistent, high-quality experience across SMB merchant acquisition programs.
- Own end-to-end campaign readiness, ensuring targeting, lead routing, digital journeys, integrations, reporting, and operational processes are fully validated to maximize campaign performance and business outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement through data and insights, identifying quality gaps, uncovering root causes, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and merchant acquisition results.
- Influence cross-functional execution and accountability by creating scalable quality frameworks, scorecards, and validation processes that improve decision-making and increase organizational confidence in campaign launches.
- Champion the merchant experience across acquisition channels, ensuring customer journeys perform as intended and contribute to faster issue resolution, higher underwriting submissions, increased boarded merchants, and stronger business growth.
What you'll bring
- 7+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Operations, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or related disciplines with a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success leading complex campaign launches and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer acquisition programs at scale.
- Strong expertise with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, leveraging data, processes, and technology to improve campaign performance and operational effectiveness.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into actions that improve quality, efficiency, and results.
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams, building trusted partnerships and delivering outcomes in environments where technology and operational ownership are distributed across multiple stakeholders.
It's a bonus if you have
- Experience in payments, financial technology (fintech), software-as-a-service (SaaS), merchant services, or other fast-paced customer acquisition environments.
- Knowledge of merchant onboarding, underwriting processes, payment workflows, and SMB acquisition strategies.
- Experience using tools such as Marketo, Jira, BrowserStack, Structured Query Language (SQL), Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI to improve visibility, quality, and performance.
