Role Summary

The leader of Infrastructure Operations is responsible for maintaining platform reliability, operational efficiency and service quality across production and supporting environments, prioritising incident prevention, rapid incident resolution and structured change to protect service levels and user experience.

Responsibilities
• Maintain platform reliability, operational efficiency and service quality across production and supporting environments.
• Prioritize incident prevention, rapid incident resolution and structured change to protect service levels and user experience.
• Define operational processes, manage incident and problem resolution workflows, oversee capacity planning, and coordinate scheduled maintenance.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics, deliver regular operational reporting, and present risks and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
• Drive process standardisation, identify automation opportunities, and ensure operational documentation is current and accessible.
• Partner with HR & Talent Acquisition on hiring and retention, with a view to becoming an employer of choice.
