HR Associate

What you’ll own

Physical Data Management:

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of physical files and data.

• Assist in the implementation of HR information systems and ensure data integrity for all employee-related records.

• Prepare and distribute reports on employee data as requested by HR management.

Employee Engagement:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR processes and policies, providing timely and accurate information.
• Organize and manage employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive workplace culture such as Talent Assimilation Program and Focus Group Discussion

Coordination and Communication:

• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and provide support on HR-related initiatives.

Communicate effectively with employees, addressing any concerns or questions regarding HR processes.

What you’ll bring

• Fresh Graduates with no experience are welcome to apply

• Good knowledge of labor legislation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)

• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously

• Open to working on rotating shifts (Day, Mid and Night)

• can start ASAP
