Position Purpose

As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will enable effective software delivery across multiple Agile teams supporting the Genius Enterprise POS platform. You will serve as a servant leader, delivery facilitator, and agile coach responsible for improving delivery predictability, organizational agility, transparency, alignment, and execution effectiveness across Product and Engineering.

Depending on business needs, you may directly support one or more Agile teams as a Scrum Master while also facilitating planning, dependency management, delivery governance, risk management, and continuous improvement activities across a broader portfolio of teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate coordination across multiple Agile teams, product pods, and delivery stakeholders.

• Identify, communicate, and help resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments.

• Drive transparency through delivery metrics, health reporting, and executive-ready status communication.

• Support planning activities and help align team execution with evolving business priorities.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Delivery stakeholders to improve execution effectiveness and organizational alignment.

• Coach teams in Agile, Lean, Scrum, and Kanban practices.

• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics analysis, and delivery coaching.

• Help teams establish sustainable delivery practices appropriate to their level of Agile maturity.

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams as needed.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, retrospectives, and daily coordination activities.

• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to improve backlog readiness, delivery predictability, and customer outcomes.

Education/Certification

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.

• Relevant Agile, Lean, Product Delivery, Project Management, or Technology certifications may be considered in lieu of portions of formal education requirements.

Experience Required      

• 3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Release Train Engineer, Project Manager, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or related delivery role.

• Experience supporting Agile delivery teams in software development organizations.

• Experience facilitating team and cross-functional planning activities.

• Experience identifying, communicating, and helping resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments.

• Experience working with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to improve delivery outcomes.

• Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Experience applying Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar delivery frameworks in a practical business environment.

• Experience creating and communicating delivery metrics, status reporting, and executive-level updates.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting delivery across multiple Agile teams or product areas.

• Experience facilitating cross-team planning, dependency management, or portfolio-level coordination activities.

• Experience coaching teams with varying levels of Agile maturity.

• Experience operating within large-scale enterprise software delivery environments.

• Experience supporting organizations that utilize Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.

• Experience working in payment processing, point-of-sale (POS), restaurant technology, retail technology, or other transaction-intensive environments.

• Experience supporting organizations undergoing Agile transformation or process standardization initiatives.

• Experience presenting delivery insights, risks, and recommendations to Director, VP, or Executive-level stakeholders.
