In this role, accurate and timely data processing helps keep our business moving, supports smooth client and colleague experiences, and strengthens the reliability of the information that powers our payment solutions. You’ll play an important part in maintaining quality, meeting turnaround timelines, and helping Global Payments deliver on its mission to make commerce more seamless, secure and connected around the world.

What you’ll own

• Deliver accurate data processing outcomes by entering, verifying and updating business information with speed and precision to support operational quality and client service.
• Own productivity and accuracy standards by consistently working toward required performance expectations, including 8,000 keystrokes per hour and 98% accuracy.
• Strengthen data reliability by identifying errors through verification procedures and ensuring corrections are completed according to established guidelines.
• Support timely business operations by helping meet turnaround timelines and keeping work moving efficiently through the data entry process.
• Build expertise in systems and procedures by learning standard processes, applying training effectively and escalating questions when guidance is needed.

What you’ll bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in routine and semi-routine work.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn applicable data entry systems and procedures.
• Good time management skills with the ability to meet required turnaround timelines.
• Willingness to follow detailed instructions, apply feedback and work under close supervision.
• Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City.
• Flexible to work in a rotational shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by the business.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Previous data entry experience.
• Ability to maintain speed and accuracy in a high-volume processing environment.
• Familiarity with verification, auditing or quality-checking procedures.
