What you’ll own

The Senior Strategic Growth Manager role is responsible for the development of key accounts and stakeholder relationships designed to create commercial opportunities by managing and growing strategic commercial partnerships in a planned and coordinated way, supporting their business objectives and the achievement of Worldpay for Platforms business goals.

The position suits a highly experienced account/relationship manager whose role will help us achieve our growth strategy by enabling our partners to achieve their payments vision.

• Develop and execute payment adoption and growth strategies to increase transaction volume, revenue, and long-term partnership value.

• Manage and grow merchant and partner accounts by driving product adoption, building new partnerships, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Lead partnership implementation and commercialization initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet regulatory, risk, and business growth objectives.

• Monitor partnership performance through financial analysis, forecasting, account planning, reporting, and tracking the success of solutions and growth programs.

• Strengthen strategic partnerships by resolving partner issues, gathering and championing partner feedback, managing accounts in Salesforce, and proactively addressing competitive threats in the market.

• This role is required to work with different teams across different geographies and time zones to deliver business outcomes. As such, the role may be required to work or remain contactable outside regular hours due to different time zones at times.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you’ll bring

• Excellent relationship management skills

• Commercial experience to help our partners at c-suite and operational level achieve their goals

• Minimum of 10 years of account/relationship management experience

• Excellent communication skills

• A successful track record in developing and commercializing organizational relationships.

• Problem solving skills.

• Payment, Software, or solution focused environment experience
