What you’ll own

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Operations team, supporting the enterprise-wide implementation and optimisation of Salesforce across Enterprise (LOB). This role is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring Salesforce capabilities are effectively leveraged to drive operational efficiency, customer outcomes, and business growth.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and delivery teams to understand business objectives, analyse processes, define requirements, and support the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions across the customer lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value while remaining aligned with enterprise governance and delivery standards.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement across the customer lifecycle.
• Elicit, analyse, document, and prioritise business requirements, ensuring they are clear, complete, and actionable.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners to design solutions that align with business needs and Salesforce best practices.
• Support agile delivery teams within Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile frameworks to deliver incremental business value.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, process mapping sessions, and requirements gathering activities.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimisation, and digital transformation through Salesforce capabilities.
• Manage and maintain requirements, user stories, and documentation within JIRA and other delivery management tools.
• Support testing activities, including defining acceptance criteria, validating delivered functionality, and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor delivered solutions to ensure expected business outcomes and benefits are achieved.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping maximise adoption and value from the Salesforce platform.
• Support change management activities and contribute to user training, communications, and adoption initiatives where required

What you bring

• Minimum 3+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, particularly within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience creating process maps, business workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements documentation.
• Additional experience with, or willingness to learn:

• Agentforce
• Data Cloud / Data 360
• Experience Cloud
• MuleSoft
• Tableau

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including process improvement and business process re-engineering.
• Experience working closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Familiarity with API-driven integrations and understanding how enterprise systems interact with Salesforce.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT activities, and release validation processes.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across business, operational, and technology teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workshop facilitation, requirements documentation, and executive-level presentations.
• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification or related Salesforce certifications are desirable but not essential
